What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
We ship from the Netherlands, with an average delivery time of 1–3 working days. Orders over € 60 ship free within the Netherlands. You'll see the exact costs at checkout.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have a 14-day cooling-off period after delivery to return your order without giving a reason. See our return policy for the steps.
How long does the battery last?
It varies per model. The runtime is listed in the specifications on each product page (for example, up to 9 hours on a full charge at a lower setting).
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely with iDEAL, credit card and the other methods shown at checkout. All payments run through the secure Shopify checkout.
Do the products come with a warranty?
In addition to your statutory rights, all Hawaa products come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing and material defects under normal use.
How do I charge my fan?
All models are USB-rechargeable. Connect the included USB cable to a regular USB adapter, power bank or laptop. An LED indicator shows when it's fully charged.
